Hey, out of the blue I decided to make this diorama. Please keep in mind that this is my first one and feel free to tell me what you think and offer advice. Also, I do not have the best camera, so the pics can be shabby sometimes (The first three I intended to be dark). Starting this I realize how much effort goes into these, it's pretty hard. I will try and post a new chapter at least every 2-3 days. Enjoy.
NOTE: I know the pics are blurry! I've heard enough about it!

Alan Grant woke around 6 a.m., just another normal day. He flipped on the television to the morning news, but there was nothing new but the stories about the disease spreading around San Diego and Los Angeles.
“There has been a reported 463 deaths this week from the disease, which researchers cannot find the cause of.”
As Alan sipped his coffee, the phone rang. He made his way to it and answered it.
“Dr. Alan Grant?” asked the man on the phone.
“Yes, how may I help you?” replied Grant.
“Hello, this is Mr. Joe Harrison with InGen Incorporated,” Alan immediately showed a sincere, yet unfriendly grin and sighed as if about to say something, “I was wondering if you could give us some of your time next week, we would like to have a word with you.”
“May I ask what this is about?”
“I would just like to have a word with you if you can, we would really appreciate it. It may be financially worth your time.”
“I beg your pardon?”
“Meet us at the InGen corporate offices, your flight leaves next Sunday at 8 a.m., your ticket is in the mail, you will meet Ms. Sattler, Mr. Owen, and Mr. Malcom in the visitor center on the third floor. Thank you for your time.” The man hung up.
Grant looked at the phone in confusion, he pressed redial but the operator said the number was not in service. He had no clue what this could be about, and he did not plan to go. But he pondered why Ellie and Ian would be there as well. He called Ellie and discussed the situation, and Ellie said she would make the trip. Ellie was in San Diego already to take care of her sister, who was infected by the disease that was overrunning the news. Grant agreed to make the trip.

When Alan arrived at the InGen Center, he was met by Ellie, Ian, and another man he did not know.
“Hey, hey, Nick, this is Dr. Grant, he’s the one that digs up dinosaurs,” yapped Ian. Alan was not particularly overwhelmed to see Malcom.
“Hello Mr. Malcom, it’s been a long time,” sincerely replied Grant. After shaking hands with Ian, he looked at the other man as if it was the cue for Ian to introduce him.
“Oh, Alan this is Nick van Owen, the one that nearly got me killed on the island,” Malcom stated with a laugh. Malcom seemed hyper as normal.
“Hello, Mr. Owen, nice to meet you,” said Alan while he shook hands with Nick.
“Nice to meet you, I’ve heard a lot about you.”
Grant then was approached by Ellie, “Hey Alan, I’m glad you made it,” Ellie said.
“Hello, how’s your sister?” replied Alan.
“She’s hanging in there. It’s hard for her with the hospitals overflowing.” As Ellie finished, a man walked into the room and came up to them.
“Hello, everyone, Joe Harrison, nice to meet you all,” declared Joe. He shook hands with everyone and then stepped back with a fake smile. “I have asked you to come here today to propose you all with a very important opportunity.” Grant already knew where this was going.
“Everything we discuss here today is confidential and is not to be discussed outside this building, this conversation is being recorded as confidential and legal action will be taken on those who release the following information,” stated Mr. Harrison. The group slowly nodded in confusion, making it seem they just wanted to know what Joe had to say. “As you all know there is a very potent disease spreading around the San Diego-Los Angeles area and InGen has noticed many similarities with this disease and a disease we encountered on Isla Sorna with the dinosaurs.”
Malcom showed an expression of epiphany as the Harrison continued. “We believe the –”
“The Tyrannosaur that was in San Diego had the disease,” stated Malcom with confidence.
“Yes, sir,” answered Harrison. “The disease had a small outbreak on Isla Sorna but we extinguished it with a vaccine made by our scientists. Unfortunately, the vaccine was composed a extinct plant we grew on the island, and we cannot create the vaccine without it. We did, however, have a small amount left over on the island but the helicopter it was being transported in crashed and it’s exact location is unknown. All we know is that is on the Northern area of Isla Sorna.”
“So what does this have to do with us?” asked Ellie.
“We were hoping that you all would guide our agents –”
“I am sorry, we, or I rather will not go to the island,” declared Grant.
Harrison laughed then proudly said, “We will pay you each in the amount of $620,000, plus 5% to each of you for the money earned from the vaccination, which we are predicting will be a very large amount of money.” Malcom and Owen stared into blank space in shock.
“We will have no need for money after setting foot on that island, we probably won’t return,” Grant angrily declared. Sattler, van Owen, and Malcom nodded and looked at each other in agree.
“I assure we are sending you with three, four including me, well-trained men who were once part of an undercover sector of the US army. We will not make the trip without you all, you have the chance to save Ms. Sattler’s sister and millions of people. People’s lives are in your hands.”
